Welcome to the Fertility Art Circle. Over the next two hours, we’re going to create a space where you can relax, connect, and open up in a supportive and welcoming environment. We’ll begin by engaging in a simple, hands-on art project that will help you relax and keep your hands busy while we create together. The art activity itself is not about creating a perfect piece, but rather using creativity as a tool for self-expression and reflection. As we work, we’ll have an open and safe space for conversation. This is a time for you to share your thoughts, experiences, and emotions related to fertility—whether it’s about the journey, the struggles, the questions, or the loss and hope. We’re here to support one another, listen, and offer insights. Alongside the art-making, we’ll have the opportunity to hear from a guest speaker, a specialist who can offer guidance or insights on fertility-related topics. This will give you a chance to ask questions and explore ideas that might resonate with you. Most importantly, this time is about community, connection, and caring for yourself. It’s a space where we can build support, share our stories, and foster a sense of belonging through art and conversation.
