Date: Sunday, February 8 Time: 9:30–11:30 AM PST (2 hours) Location: Online via Zoom This 2-hour guided breathwork session is an invitation to slow down, settle, and reconnect with your body. Many of us move through life carrying a lot mentally, emotionally, and physically, often without much space to pause. Over time, this can create tension, overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection, even when everything appears “fine” on the outside. Your body is constantly communicating with you. But when life feels full or demanding, it can be difficult to hear what it needs. This session offers a gentle pause. A space to step out of the mind and into the body, allowing the nervous system to settle and creating room for clarity, release, and self-connection. Through guided breathwork, you’ll be invited to: 🌿 Calm and support your nervous system 🌿 Slow down and reconnect with your body and inner guidance 🌿 Gently explore what your body may be holding 🌿 Meet tension, emotions, or resistance with curiosity and compassion 🌿 Release what feels heavy or no longer supportive 🌿 Feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself When the body feels safe and supported, insight and direction can arise naturally. This experience is about creating the conditions for self-trust, clarity, and deeper connection with yourself. You may leave feeling: ✨ More present and grounded ✨ Lighter, calmer, and more at ease ✨ Reconnected to your intuition and inner strength ✨ Clearer about your next steps No prior breathwork experience is required. You are welcome exactly as you are. Please note: this session is not recommended for individuals who are currently pregnant.
