My work is for women who feel that something in them is ready to shift.
Not just in their thoughts, but in their body, their nervous system, their way of being in the world.

Many of us carry patterns, beliefs, and emotional weight that were shaped long before we had words for them.
Childhood programming.
Relational wounds.
Trauma stored in the body.
Grief from fertility journeys, loss, or life transitions.
Fear of visibility.
People pleasing.
Playing small.
Triggers that keep repeating themselves no matter how much we “understand” them.

You may already be doing the work in your mind.
Through reflection, journaling, therapy, self-awareness.
And yet your body is still holding the charge.
The tension.
The protection.
The survival responses.

This is where somatic breathwork comes in.

Breathwork allows us to move from the head into the body.
To meet what lives beneath the stories.
To release what has been stored in the nervous system.
To create coherence between mind, body, and heart.

This work is deeply complementary to talk therapy.
Because while the mind understands, the body remembers.
And when the body is finally invited into the healing process, everything begins to shift.

Our work together is an invitation to move beyond survival mode
and into your creative, aligned, empowered self.

It is also a way to reconnect with your intuition and inner guidance.
When you feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of your path, these sessions open a space to listen inward, soften the noise, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within you, and with the guidance that surrounds and supports you.

A space where you can explore your inner world with safety, presence, and compassion.
Where you can meet your patterns at their root.
Where emotional release happens not by force, but by listening.
Where your system learns that it is safe to soften, to open, to take up space, to be fully seen.

There is nothing to fix.
You are not broken.
Your body has been protecting you.
Together, we gently teach it that it no longer has to.

How We Work Together

Each session is intuitive, personalized, and guided by what your body is ready for.

We may explore emotional release, nervous system regulation, inner child patterns, stored grief, identity shifts, self-trust, visibility, boundaries, or simply the need to feel more alive and present in your own skin.

This is not about performance or becoming someone new.


It is about remembering who you are beneath everything you had to become.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically around 2 hours, allowing enough space for exploration, the breathwork journey, and gentle integration afterward.

What if I am not local to you?

Sessions can be held entirely via Zoom, and the depth of the work remains just as powerful as in person.

For those who feel called to in-person work, I am located in South Burnaby, British Columbia.

Who This Work Is Not For

Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice and is not recommended for people who are currently:

  • pregnant

  • experiencing uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • living with severe heart conditions

  • dealing with untreated psychosis, epilepsy, or certain severe psychiatric conditions
