1:1 somatic breathwork & ongoing support

I offer private, one-on-one somatic breathwork sessions, as well as longer containers for those who feel called to work together over time.

​

If you’re here, chances are you’ve already felt something in my work resonate. This page is here to help you understand how we can work together, and what that might look like for you.

​

How you can work with me

​

1:1 session:

A single, private session to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore what’s present for you right now.

This is often a first step, a reset, or a moment of clarity and reconnection.

​

Ongoing 1:1 containers:

For those who feel drawn to deeper, ongoing support, I offer 4-session and 8-session containers.

These allow space for integration, continuity, and deeper exploration over time.

​

What happens in a one-on-one breathwork session?

​

Your session is curated specifically for you.

Everything is designed to help your body feel safe, supported, and able to soften. Sessions can be held online or in person, and the experience is adapted to your needs and your rhythm.

​

Arrival and intention​:​

We begin by taking time to arrive together.

We’ll talk about what’s present for you and what you would like support with. This may include conversation and journaling to help clarify your intention for the session. We’ll also take a few moments to settle your system through a short meditation and restorative breathing, allowing you to feel grounded before we begin.

​

Preparing for the breathwork journey:​​

Before moving into the active part of the session, I’ll explain how the breathing techniques work and what to expect. You’ll have time to feel into the breath and practice it gently so your body knows what it’s being invited into.

I’ll also share what kinds of sensations may arise and how I’ll support you throughout the session, so you feel informed and comfortable.

During the breathwork journey:​​

As you move into the breathwork, your body leads the way.

Emotional release can sometimes arise, and you are fully welcome to express yourself in whatever way feels natural for you in the moment. This might look like crying, laughing, speaking, making sounds, shaking, moving, changing position, or simply resting. There is no right way to experience the session. Your body will communicate what it needs.

I’ll be there with you throughout the journey, offering support in a way that feels appropriate and respectful of your experience. This may include verbal guidance, the use of tapping, sound or toning, or gentle supportive touch or grounding pressure if we are working in person, always with your consent.

At the same time, every session is different.

​

You may not experience any strong emotional release at all. Sometimes the work unfolds quietly, bringing deep rest, clarity, inspiration, or a sense of inner guidance. Whatever shows up is exactly what is meant to be met in that moment.

This space allows what needs attention to reveal itself, without force and without expectation.

​

Closing and integration​:​

We close the session gently with restorative breathing, helping the body settle and complete the experience.

There is time afterwards to reflect, share, and ask any questions. We’ll also explore simple ways to integrate what came up so you feel supported as you move back into your day.

​

Duration and location:​

The full session lasts approximately 2 hours, including arrival, the breathwork journey, and integration.
The active breathwork portion itself lasts around 60 minutes.

​

Sessions are available online via Zoom or in person at my studio in South Burnaby, British Columbia.

The offering is the same in both formats, and online sessions are held with the same care, depth, and presence as in-person work.​​​

Investment

 

1:1 Session: $250 CAD​

​

Ongoing 1:1 container (4 or 8 sessions):

Some people come for a single session to reset, gain clarity, or reconnect with themselves in a specific moment.
Others feel that what’s opening deserves more space, continuity, and support over time. It allows us to notice patterns as they emerge, revisit themes with more depth.

Each container includes:

  • Regular one-on-one sessions, usually spaced fortnightly to allow time for integration

  • Space for exploration, reflection, and gentle mentoring to support your intentions as they evolve

  • Ongoing support between sessions, including light weekly check-ins and the option to reach out if something comes up along the way

This is not about being “on” all the time or doing more work. It’s about being supported as things shift, having a consistent space to return to, and not having to hold everything on your own between sessions.

These containers are offered by enquiry so we can explore together what level of support feels most aligned for you, and whether a 4- or 8-session rhythm makes sense at this time.

My Approach

My work is for individuals who feel that something in them is ready to shift.
Not just in their thoughts, but in their body, their nervous system, their way of being in the world.

​

Many of us carry patterns, beliefs, and emotional weight that were shaped long before we had words for them.
Childhood programming.
Relational wounds.
Trauma stored in the body.
Grief from fertility journeys, loss, or life transitions.
Fear of visibility.
People pleasing.
Playing small.
Triggers that keep repeating themselves no matter how much we “understand” them.

​

You may already be doing the work in your mind.
Through reflection, journaling, therapy, self-awareness.
And yet your body is still holding the charge.
The tension.
The protection.
The survival responses.

​

This is where somatic breathwork comes in.

​

Breathwork allows us to move from the head into the body.
To meet what lives beneath the stories.
To release what has been stored in the nervous system.
To create coherence between mind, body, and heart.

​

This work is deeply complementary to talk therapy.
Because while the mind understands, the body remembers.
And when the body is finally invited into the healing process, everything begins to shift.

​

Our work together is an invitation to move beyond survival mode
and into your creative, aligned, empowered self.

​

It is also a way to reconnect with your intuition and inner guidance.
When you feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of your path, these sessions open a space to listen inward, soften the noise, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within you, and with the guidance that surrounds and supports you.

​

A space where you can explore your inner world with safety, presence, and compassion.
Where you can meet your patterns at their root.
Where emotional release happens not by force, but by listening.
Where your system learns that it is safe to soften, to open, to take up space, to be fully seen.

​

There is nothing to fix.
You are not broken.
Your body has been protecting you.
Together, we gently teach it that it no longer has to.
