How Breathwork & Somatic Practices Work
Support for your body and mind, wherever you are in your journey.
Trying to conceive, preparing for IVF, navigating pregnancy, or simply dealing with everything life throws at you?
Breathwork and somatic practices offer ways to manage stress, work through difficult emotions, reconnect with your body, and feel more present in your everyday life.

What Is Transformational Breathwork?
I guide long-form conscious connected breathwork journeys, with approximately 30 minutes of active breathing and 30 minutes of restorative breathing.
This continuous breathing pattern can bring you into an altered state of consciousness, where emotions, physical sensations, memories, images, or unexpected insights may emerge.
Each journey is different. You might experience a release, a shift in perspective, or a deeper connection with yourself.
You're guided throughout the experience, with space to follow your own pace.
Somatic practices involve working with your body, not just your thoughts.
Depending on your needs, we may use:
-
Movement and shaking to explore physical tension and expression.
-
EFT tapping as a tool for emotional self-regulation.
-
Humming, sound, and vocalization to explore expression and bodily sensations.
-
Grounding and restorative breathing to support settling and relaxation.
-
Guided tools to help you tune into your body, emotions, and needs.
These practices are integrated into your session according to what feels appropriate for you.
When you're under pressure, stress doesn't only show up in your thoughts.
You might notice a tight chest, a clenched jaw, shallow breathing, difficulty sleeping, or feeling constantly on alert.
Breathing, movement, sound, and grounding practices give you practical ways to respond to those sensations.
Over time, learning to recognize and respond to your body's signals may help you feel more equipped to manage stressful moments, rather than feeling consumed by them.
