Service Description
Duration: 2 hours Format: Online via Zoom or in person in South Burnaby, British Columbia This one-on-one session is a private, personalized space created just for you. What to expect during the session: We begin by settling in together. Through conversation and journaling, we check in and clarify what is present for you and what you would like support with. This helps shape the session around your intention, your energy, and your needs. From there, we move into the breathwork journey. You’ll be guided through a mix of breath awareness, restorative breathing, and more active breathwork. Depending on what feels supportive, I may also weave in elements such as vocalization, tapping (EFT), or movement. We close the session by grounding and integrating. There is space to reflect, ask questions, and explore simple ways to support yourself as you move forward. This session can support you to: 🌿 Slow down and reconnect with your body 🌿 Settle your nervous system 🌿 Explore what your body may be holding 🌿 Create space for clarity and insight 🌿 Feel more grounded and present No prior breathwork experience is required. You are welcome exactly as you are. • Investment: $250 CAD • Location: Online via Zoom or in person in South Burnaby, British Columbia • Not recommended for individuals who are currently pregnant Online sessions are held in the same way and offer the same depth of support as in-person sessions. Booking process: When you click Book a 1:1 session, you’ll be invited to share your availability and preferred days and times. I’ll personally review your request and connect with you to confirm a session time that works for both of us. Once the time is confirmed, I’ll send you the payment link to complete your booking.
